Την Τρίτη 25 Απριλίου 2023 επισκέφθηκε το ιστορικό Ορφανοτροφείο της Πριγκήπου, η Oslo Society, ένας σύλλογος που ιδρύθηκε το 1811 και διαδραματίζει σημαντικό ρόλο στη διατήρηση της πολιτιστικής κληρονομιάς του Όσλο της Νορβηγίας, ενώ είναι ενεργό μέλος του Δικτύου Europa Nostra (Oslo Byes Vel ).
Τα 35 μέλη, με επικεφαλής τον Ole Rikard Høisæther, Γενικό Γραμματέα, και την Christina Aas, Διευθύντρια της Εταιρείας, καλωσόρισε εγκαρδίως ο Άρχων Μ. Χαρτοφύλαξ της Μ.τ.Χ.Ε. Λάκης Βίγκας, συντονιστής του έργου αποκατάστασης του Ορφανοτροφείου. Στη συνέχεια, η αρχιτέκτονας κ. Damla Acar και η κυρία Burçin Altınsay Özgüner, πρόεδρος της Icomos Τουρκίας, έκαναν την απαραίτητη ενημέρωση, δίνοντας τεχνικές λεπτομέρειες, για το πρώτο στάδιο του διαγωνισμού που θα ολοκληρωθεί σύντομα.
The Oslo Society at the Pringipo Greek Orphanage
We had the pleasure to host today 25.4.23 at the Orphanage the Oslo Society, a cultural heritage association that was founded in 1811 and plays an important role in preserving Oslo’s cultural heritage while it is an active member of Europa Nostra network (Oslo Byes Vel).
The 35 members, led by Ole Rikard Høisæther, secretary general, and Christina Aas, manager of the Society, were welcomed by Lakis Vingas, coordinator of the Orphanage restoration project. Then the architect Mrs. Damla Acar and Mrs Burçin Altınsay Özgüner, president of Icomos Turkey, gave the necessary technical information for the first stage of the tender which will be soon completed.
