Στη Μονή Bose της Ιταλίας, θα πραγματοποιηθεί από 6-9 Σεπτεμβρίου 2022 το ετήσιο συνέδριο ορθόδοξης πνευματικότητας, που εφέτος είναι αφιερωμένο στον Άγιο Ισαάκ τον Σύρο.
Στο συνέδριο θα παραστεί ο Σεβ. Μητροπολίτης Βελγίου κ. Αθηναγόρας ως εκπρόσωπος της ΑΘΠ του Οικουμενικού Πατριάρχου Βαρθολομαίου.

XXVIII International Ecumenical Conference on Orthodox Spirituality
“St Isaac of Nineveh and his Spiritual Teaching”
Our Conference will bring together in Bose some of the leading experts on the work of Isaac of Nineveh, including Sebastian Brock (Oxford), Paolo Bettiolo (Padua), Maksim Kalinin (Moscow), Marcel Pirard (Brussels), Brouria Bitto-Askelony (Jerusalem) and Nestor Kavvadas (Tübingen).
A number of Orthodox bishops will be present: Mar Emmanuel Yosip, bishop of the diocese of Canada of the Assyrian Church of the East (the Church of St Isaac!) and personal delegate of Patriarch Mar Awa Royel, who will also present an unscheduled talk (“The Holy Cross in the mystical theology of St Isaac”); Metropolitan Athenagoras of Belgium (Ecumenical Patriarchate), official delegate of H.H. Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomeos; Benedict of Bistrița, auxiliary bishop of Vad, Feleac and Cluj (Patriarchate of Romania), who will also give a talk; Asti of Bylis, vicar bishop of Tirana (Autocephalous Orthodox Church of Albania), personal delegate of Archbishop Anastasios of Albania Bishop Siluan, of the Romanian Orthodox Diocese of Italy, delegate of Patriarch Daniel of Romania; Bishop Alexander of Toledo and the Bulgarian Diocese (Orthodox Church in America).
Also present will be significant representatives of the dioceses and ecclesiastical institutions of other local Orthodox Churches: of the Greek Orthodox Patriarchate of Antioch (Balamand University), the Moscow Patriarchate (Academy of St. Andrew’s Academy, Moscow Theological Academy); of the Patriarchate of Serbia, of the Patriarchate of Georgia (University of Tbilisi), of the Patriarchate of Romania, of the Church of Greece (Holy Synod, with his delegate the archim.
