Την Τρίτη 10 Σεπτεμβρίου 2024, με την ευλογία του Σεβασμιωτάτου Αρχιεπισκόπου Θυατείρων και Μεγάλης Βρετανίας κ. Νικήτα, ξεκίνησε η 8η Συνεδρία του διαδικτυακού κατηχητικού μαθήματος Discover Orthodoxy: A Journey to Fullness.
Πάνω από 400 άτομα ενεγράφησαν για το συγκεκριμένο κατηχητικό πρόγραμμα που έχει προγραμματιστεί να ολοκληρωθεί τον Μάιο του 2025. Στο τέλος του μαθήματος, οι κατηχούμενοι θα έχουν την ευκαιρία να γίνουν δεκτοί στην Ορθόδοξη Εκκλησία. Πάνω από 350 συμμετέχοντες έχουν γίνει δεκτοί στην Ορθόδοξη Εκκλησία τα τελευταία τρία χρόνια.
Αυτό το διαδικτυακό κατηχητικό μάθημα για ενήλικες οργανώνει και διευθύνει ο Πανοσιολ. Αρχιμανδρίτης Νήφων Τσιμαλής, Πρωτοσύγκελλος της Αρχιεπισκοπής, επικουρούμενος από τον π. Gregory Craveiro, και σε συνεργασία με τον ιστορικό Ελληνικό Ορθόδοξο Καθεδρικό Ναό της του Θεού Σοφίας στο Bayswater του Λονδίνου.
8th Session of the Online Discover Orthodox Christianity Course Begins
On Tuesday, 10th September 2024, with the blessing of His Eminence Archbishop Nikitas of Thyateira and Great Britain, the 8th Session of the online Discover Orthodoxy Class: A Journey to Fullness inaugurated its autumn classes. Over 400 individuals registered for the class which is scheduled to finish in May 2025. At the end of the course, the catechumens will have the opportunity to be received into the Orthodox Church. Over 350 participants of the course have been received into the Orthodox Church in the last 3 years.
This online educational ministry for adults is organized and led by the V. Rev. Archimandrite Nephon Tsimalis, Protosyncellus of the Archdiocese, assisted by the Rev. Dn. Gregory Craveiro, and is in cooperation with the historic Greek Orthodox Cathedral of the Divine Wisdom in Bayswater, London.
