Greek Orthodox Metropolis of New Jersey
His Eminence Metropolitan Apostolos of New Jersey is blessed to participate in as part of the Patriarchal Delegation for the apostolic visit of His All Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew to Sweden.
At the invitation of Archbishop Martin Modéus of Uppsala and Primate of the Lutheran Church of Sweden His All Holiness participated in the 100th Anniversary Celebration of the Ecumenical Movement in Sweden and served as the keynote speaker, where His All Holiness spoke on the importance of peace, reconciliation and love in Christ. Also in attendance for this celebration was the Swedish Royal Family and the Prime Minister of Sweden.
His Eminence also blessed to accompany His All Holiness for an official visit with the Prime Minister of Sweden, Ulf Kristersson, who received His All Holiness with much respect and honor as they engaged in fruitful discussions regarding the tremendous work and ministries of the Ecumenical Throne.
